Semi-flexible Solar Module Surf120-S

The new semi-flexible, lightweight solar modules of the Surf-S series were specially developed for applications on motor homes, boats, electric vehicles or lightweight roofs. In contrast to conventional modules, highly efficient monocrystalline Sunpower solar cells are used in a glass-fibre-reinforced, film-based laminate. Despite the absence of a front glass panel, they achieve a high level of reliability even under normal mechanical loads in long-term outdoor use. The completely black module can also be easily glued or screwed to the back; drilling through the laminate in the edge area is no problem here. Despite a relatively high stability for foil modules, the lightweight construction also ensures a much simpler and faster installation than with conventional solar modules.

The 5m long connection cable with open ends is led out at the front and thus allows flat installation on even surfaces. Optionally, the modules are also available with mounted MC4 plugs.
